We operate 3,820+ stores in 552 cities distributed across 10 states: Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Odisha, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Kerala, Chattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. We have 22,000+ permanent full-time in-house employees working for us in various business activities. (all details as of June 20th, 2023)Our operations include retail and wholesale sales, manufacturing, and contract manufacturing of private label pharmaceutical, wellness, FMCG products, import, distribution, and full-fledged diagnostic centers.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assisting in handling overall compliance, related to the Companies Act, SEBI LODR, SEBI, PIT, etc.
2. Assisting in organizing board meetings, committee meetings, general meetings, etc.
3. Coordinating and liaising with government departments and outside agencies
4. Filing and tracking necessary compliances applicable.
