Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform initial rounds of telephone interviews and source and review profiles.
- Post openings on many employment boards and keep track of applicant applications and databases.
- Arrange and plan interviews with applicants and pertinent parties.
- Add details about chosen or joined candidates to pertinent databases.
- Exhibit multitasking skills and the capacity to function well under duress.
Requirements
- Are a graduate in any stream.
- Have outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Possess at least six months of relevant experience in hiring, pitching, and sourcing candidates for entry-level roles.
- Show originality when it comes to finding applicants.
- Possess the capacity to comprehend and provide a compelling case to possible recruits.
- Possess a keen eye for detail, are process-oriented, and define, record, and adhere to workflows and processes.
- At ease with Google Sheets and Excel.
- Can succeed with minimal supervision.
