Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and communicate with suppliers and consumers
- Help customers in Hindi with customer support
- Update operational data in portals and templates
- Handle escalated situations
- Promote efficient operations and a positive client experience
- Gather client input to assist improve operational procedures
Requirements
- Graduate in any field. Ideally with some experience in technology
- While not required, exposure to data handling is preferred.
- It’s ideal to have experience in customer-facing positions like sales
