About Marico Innovation Foundation
Established in 2003, the Marico Innovation Foundation (MIF) is a non-profit division of Marico Limited. With the goal of identifying and scaling disruptive technologies that have the potential to have a lasting socioeconomic and environmental effect in India, MIF is a philanthropy-driven innovation and impact catalyst. MIF’s two main initiatives are:
- Scale-Up Programme: Launched in 2016, Scale-Up is a rapid acceleration programme that is beyond capital, without equity, and that uses individualized, in-depth mentoring to help disruptive Indian innovations tackle issues in clean technology, food and agriculture, and plastic waste management while also scaling their impact.
- Innovation for India Awards: The Innovation for India Awards are a biannual event that highlights underappreciated yet possibly revolutionary Indian technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Organizing invitations, databases of important attendees, outreach, RSVP management, and follow-ups regarding attendance confirmations for Indian Innovation Icons 2025
- Overseeing partnership deliverables (talks, videos, and coaching sessions)
- Collaborating with our partner to provide our portfolio founders and InnoWin Day winners with seamless assistance
- Handling administrative tasks.
