Roles & Responsibilities

Help find applicants using internal databases, social media, and job boards
Examine applications and resumes, conducting preliminary screening to make sure they meet employment requirements.
Assist in organizing and setting up interviews with possible applicants
Assist in creating interview materials, maintaining recruitment trackers, and making sure hiring managers and candidates communicate effectively.
Help with the creation and upkeep of job advertisements on different career websites and job boards
Oversee applicant communications, making sure that questions and comments are promptly addressed throughout the recruiting process.
Help gather, arrange, and evaluate recruitment metrics to evaluate how well the present hiring and sourcing procedures are working.
Create reports on trends, hiring practices, and key performance metrics (KPIs).
Encourage the creation of content for job descriptions, social media, and recruitment marketing materials as well as the implementation of employer branding tactics.
Support the planning of business webinars, networking events, and career fairs, whether in person or virtually.
Focus on certain talent acquisition efforts, including candidate experience programs, process enhancements, and other strategic initiatives.
Work together with other team members to improve and expedite hiring procedures.
Ensure that the application tracking system has up-to-date candidate records and documents.
Arrange reference checks and applicant feedback meetings as needed.
