Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and carry out strategic initiatives that will increase online sales and improve the entire shopping experience.
- Create and maintain open, effective platforms for operations and e-commerce.
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, making sure that orders are fulfilled and shipped on time.
- Work together with inventory management teams to maximize turnover ratios, reduce stockouts, and guarantee appropriate stock levels.
- Create and update MIS reports to offer valuable information on important operational parameters.
- Ensure that supply chain, logistics, and e-commerce activities adhere to pertinent laws and industry norms.
- Manage and effectively oversee specified projects while fulfilling all necessary obligations.
- Carry out any additional duties that the team assigns.
