Roles & Responsibilities
- Practice creating a variety of reports from various systems using Advanced MS Excel.
- Collaborate closely with the business team and meet their needs within the allotted time frame.
- Be able to comprehend corporate needs with regard to required reports
- Produce different data slices as required by the business team.
- Examine data and trends to help businesses make well-informed decisions.
- Oversee any data uploads to the CRM system in accordance with corporate needs.
- Oversee the ticketing of many systems for operational problems, coordinating and following up to close the tickets.
