Roles & Responsibilities
- To improve the company’s standing as an employer of choice, develop and implement strategic employer branding activities.
- Produce and oversee interesting material for a range of online channels, such as employment portals, social media, and websites.
- Work together with internal teams to obtain success stories, employee endorsements, and other resources to create campaigns that have an impact.
- Create and implement strategies for engaging students on campus to draw top talent from Tier 1 and other important universities.
- Plan and oversee on-campus activities like workshops, masterclasses, and recruiting campaigns to raise student knowledge of our organization and the positions we provide.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine talent requirements and match corporate objectives with university recruitment initiatives.
