Roles & Responsibilities

Complete gap analysis and process mapping tasks
Analyze comparable procedures and draw conclusions
Support the creation and application of strategies for increasing margins.
Analyze data to monitor performance indicators and gauge how well strategies are working.
Take part in team meetings and offer suggestions for ongoing development.
Assist operations and finance in understanding the discrepancy between the actual and the budget.
Use program management to keep tabs on the actions needed to generate profits.
Concentrate on leading the program independently with operations and finance

Requirements

Have an understanding of operations.
Excellent abilities in data analysis.
The capacity to function both individually and together.
PowerPoint presentation skills that is intermediate to advanced.
Fundamentals of Python and R Studio for interpreting data.
Graduates in commerce, any other MBA program linked to finance or operations management, or other postgraduate degrees, would be advantageous.
Excellent analytical abilities and familiarity with programs and tools for data analysis (such as Excel and SQL).
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
Well-organized and focused on the details.
It helps to have a rudimentary understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
The capacity to undertake data analysis and produce documents for management approval.
