In the Indian logistics business, we are one of the largest 3PL solution providers. Supply chain management (SCM) and corporate personnel transportation solutions are two independent business divisions for Mahindra Logistics (PTS).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review processes and procedures, pinpoint areas for improvement, monitor and assess SLAs, and create and carry out action plans
- Verify that the plant receives billing through the system.
- Verify that all blocks’ inventories are accurate.
- Focus on resource planning and execution in accordance with the client’s production schedule.
- Ensure that standard practices are followed by supervising and monitoring employee performance and discipline.
- Focus on increasing productivity in accordance with KRA targets.
- Improve profitability in accordance with goals
- Focus on enhancing managers’ capabilities
- Oversee and guide the group with regard to particular client needs.
- Work with clients to arrange for both operational and enhancement needs.
- Verify compliance with standard operating procedures and WI.
- Motivate the group to develop original concepts and instill the team culture in each member.
- Make sure that natural resources are conserved
- Verify adherence to relevant legal requirements and other EHS-related obligations.
- Verify the implementation of new procedures and guidelines distributed by HO.

Requirements
- Preference given to graduates, diploma holders, and engineers.
- Preference will be given to applicants with a diploma or postgraduate degree in operations or materials management.

Stipend: Rs.20,000 – 30,000 / month
