Roles & Responsibilities
- To assist in decision-making, carry out thorough financial analyses
- Assess financial performance, spot patterns, and share knowledge with important stakeholders
- Work together with department heads to comprehend and evaluate variations in the budget.
- Provide support for the creation and execution of strategic business plans
- Offer assistance with long-term forecasting, scenario analysis, and planning.
- Assist in identifying risks and business possibilities
- Work together with business units to create quarterly projections and annual budgets.
- Track performance against the budget and offer a variance analysis.
- Compile, verify, and examine financial information from many sources.
- Keep up-to-date and accurate financial models for planning and forecasting
- Create and produce financial reports on a regular basis for stakeholders and management.
- Tailor reports to the unique requirements of each departments
- Closely collaborate with different departments to ascertain their budgetary requirements and offer assistance
- Work together with teams from operations, accounting, and other departments to guarantee the completeness and correctness of financial data.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a similar discipline; an MBA or other pertinent professional qualification is a plus.
- Confirmed expertise in business analysis, financial planning and analysis, or comparable fields.
- Excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to understand intricate financial facts.
- Proficient in both presentation and communication.
- Mastery in financial analysis and modeling software.
- Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and other pertinent programs.
