Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to escalated consumer complaints via email and phone.
- Look at client complaints and identify the underlying causes of issues.
- Work together with other departments to swiftly address client complaints.
- Keep thorough records of client complaints and responses.
- Get in touch with clients again to make sure their concerns are adequately addressed.
- Identify persistent problems and suggest fixes to stop complaints in the future.
- Help create and put into practice policies and procedures for customer service.
- Share your thoughts and recommendations for enhancements with the management team on customer complaints.
- Keep up of market developments and top customer service techniques.
- Maintain the MIS for complaint management and send daily reports to management.
