Roles & Responsibilities
- Work together to identify skill gaps and training needs with department leaders and staff.
- Use surveys, interviews, and performance reviews to gather information about needs.
- Create and construct seminars, e-learning courses, and training programs based on the needs of the organization.
- Produce interactive and interesting training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and other things.
- Facilitate training sessions
- Ensure that training activities are accurately documented.

Mumbai, India.
Duration
The L&T internship will be for a period of 3 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.20,000 / month
