Headquartered in Bangalore, Licious was launched in September 2015 by Abhay Hanjura and Vivek Gupta who sensed a huge business opportunity in offering prime quality meat products that were otherwise dominated by the unhygienic and unreliable wet market followed by frozen meat options which is an unpopular workaround for Indian consumers. Licious follows an end-to-end business based on the hub and spoke model that starts from procuring fresh produce to processing, storage, and delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Help in the planning and carrying out of regular operational duties
- Encourage the gathering, analyzing, and reporting of data
- Assist in streamlining and enhancing workflows and operational procedures
- Work together with different departments to guarantee that growth objectives are carried out smoothly.
- Take part in team meetings and offer suggestions for improving operations.
- Keep thorough records and documentation of all operations.
- Support project management and ongoing initiative tracking
