Roles & Responsibilities

Upholding safety regulations, hygiene, and a productive kitchen
Acquiring expertise in hectic, high-volume kitchen operations
Managing personal obligations while working with the group
Taking part in the creation of products, from prototypes to finished recipes
Supporting process enhancements and quality assurance
Offering food samples to assist with sales and marketing
Putting excellent technical, culinary, and organizational abilities to use
Using programs like Microsoft Excel for data management and recipe tracking
Collaborating with cross-functional groups, such as those from the commercial and production divisions
Keeping abreast with consumer preferences and culinary trends
Having a responsible attitude and taking responsibility for the responsibilities you are given
Performing effectively under time constraints and pressure
Adjusting to a variety of kitchen conditions, such as dry, humid, hot, or chilly
