Licious follows an end-to-end business based on the hub and spoke model that starts from procuring fresh produce to processing, storage, and delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Perform a thorough examination of pricing tactics, industry trends, and rival standards.
2. To guarantee quality and affordability, find and assess possible suppliers and vendors.
3. Participate in pricing discussions, buy order monitoring, and vendor correspondence as part of the procurement process.
4. To ensure accuracy and efficiency, track, analyze, and maintain procurement data using Google Sheets/Excel.
5. To guarantee efficient procurement and category management procedures, collaborate closely with the operations, finance, and logistics teams.
6. Encourage vendor agreements to increase operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
7. On the basis of data insights, suggest and execute enhancements to the procurement and category management procedures.
8. Help keep track of inventory levels and work with the appropriate teams to avoid overstocking or stock-outs.

Requirements

1. Possess expertise in data analysis tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.
2. Possess strong numerical and analytical abilities.
3. Possess outstanding negotiating and communication skills.
4. Are extremely well-organized and detail-oriented.
5. Possess the capacity to pick things up fast and adjust to new procedures.
6. Be interested in supply chain, category management, and procurement.
