Roles & Responsibilities
- 1. Support the conduct of research on goal-setting, culture, human interaction, and organizational development (OD).
- 2. Examine and evaluate information about human inclinations and behaviors to offer useful insights.
- 3. Assist the group in formulating plans for enhancing corporate culture and establishing specific, attainable objectives.
- 4. Conduct a SWOT analysis to assess organizational efforts’ opportunities, threats, weaknesses, and strengths.
- 5. Work together to prepare presentations, research reports, and other paperwork for the team’s ongoing tasks.
- 6. Participate in talks about enhancing productivity, employee engagement, and organizational dynamics in general.
