Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with hiring procedures, such as finding applicants, setting up interviews, and liaising with hiring managers.
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires by organizing the required documentation, leading orientation meetings, and guaranteeing a seamless transition.
- Assist in planning and directing staff training and development initiatives to improve their abilities.
- Help keep up-to-date HR databases and employee records to guarantee timely and accurate information.
- Participate in performance appraisal conversations, prepare reports, and gather and analyze data to support performance management procedures.
- Promote a healthy workplace culture by planning events, activities, and surveys to support employee engagement initiatives.
- Offer the HR team general administrative help and lend a hand with different projects and initiatives as required.
