Roles & Responsibilities
- Drawing applicants in via a range of platforms, such as professional networks and social media
- Examining resumes and vetting applicants
- Arranging interviews by working with recruiting managers and candidates
- Remaining current with best practices and hiring trends
- Being aware of the hiring supervisors’ needs
- Searching for candidates and delivering shortlists of them
- Making the initial contact with candidates
