Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with hiring managers, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and other aspects of the recruitment process.
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires by organizing the required documentation, leading orientation sessions, and making sure the transfer goes smoothly.
- Assist in planning and directing employee training and development initiatives to improve their abilities.
- To guarantee timely and correct information, help with updating HR databases and keeping track of employee records.
- Participate in performance appraisal meetings, prepare reports, and gather and analyze data to support performance management procedures.
- By planning events, activities, and surveys to promote a favorable workplace culture, you may support employee engagement programs.
- Assist the HR team with general administrative tasks and lend a hand with other projects and activities as required.
