Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire hiring process, which includes posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and setting up interviews.
- Assist new hires with the onboarding process to guarantee a seamless integration into the organization.
- Assist in keeping up candidate databases and monitoring hiring metrics in order to spot patterns and enhance procedures.
- Work together with the HR department on training efforts and employee engagement projects.
- Find best practices for HR and talent acquisition tactics in retail by conducting market research.
- Help with administrative duties, such as creating reports and keeping track of personnel
- Take part in team meetings and offer suggestions for enhancing the hiring and human resources procedures.
