Roles & Responsibilities
- Create eye-catching designs for internal communications, such as newsletters for workshops and events, emailers, banners, posters, and presentations.
- Make eye-catching social media visuals and LinkedIn posts to showcase events, organizational milestones, and staff accomplishments.
- Create artistic materials for event snippets, such as infographics, collages of images and videos, and recap pieces.
- Make sure every design complies with the business’s branding standards to preserve a consistent and polished visual identity across all platforms.
- Create invitations, standees, backdrops, certificates, and digital signs, among other event-related items.
- Work together with event planners to use imaginative imagery to convey the spirit of seminars and events.
- To comprehend project briefs and provide powerful designs that satisfy communication goals, collaborate closely with the HR, marketing, and communications teams.
- When necessary, coordinate with other suppliers, photographers, and videographers to provide high-caliber content.
- To provide new and creative concepts to internal communications, stay current on the newest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Try out new design methods and resources to boost creativity and involvement.
