Roles & Responsibilities
- Organizing new hires’ onboarding and induction procedures.
- Assisting the supervisor with efforts related to Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
- Helping to develop imaginative training program presentations.
- Conducting evaluations of learning outcomes both before and after training.
- Working together with staff members to guarantee that performance management systems (PMS) are completed on time.
- Using MIS to update and keep accurate data.
- Facilitating online training sessions and digital learning initiatives.
- Documenting and updating data regarding virtual training sessions.
- Helping the supervisor with benchmarking and research tasks.
- Organizing training attendance and feedback in coordination with the IT department.
- Planning training program activities and icebreakers.
- Gathering and arranging presentations and pictures from events.
- Working together with training facilitators to make sure the program runs smoothly.
- Creating promotional materials like flyers and brochures for branding before and after the program.

Duration
The Larsen & Toubro internship will be for a period of 3 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.5,000 – 20,000 / month
