Roles & Responsibilities
- Obtaining resumes from the vendor.
- Overseeing the entire recruitment process.
- Attending the employment fair and recruiting campaign.
- Creating new sourcing channels.
- Working with agencies/advertisers to assist departments with their recruiting needs.
- Coordinating potential applicants, conducting interviews, and distributing offers.
- Responding to ad hoc questions from other firm employees.
- Data processing and documentation are being worked on.
- Working on data analysis and a survey of rivals.
