Roles & Responsibilities
- Gaining end-to-end hiring exposure by collaborating with seasoned recruiters on active IT and non-IT opportunities.
- Using job boards, internal databases, LinkedIn, GitHub, and other channels to find applicants for technical roles including developers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, and analysts.
- Doing preliminary phone or video interviews to screen applicants for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with job criteria.
- Setting up interviews between hiring managers and candidates, keeping track of calendars, reminding people on time, and helping to gather feedback.
- Gaining a thorough understanding of hiring standards, technological stacks, and job descriptions in order to efficiently coordinate candidate screening and communication.
- Keeping up with databases, daily reports, and recruitment trackers to guarantee accurate and well-organized application data.
- Helping with non-IT hiring procedures as needed, such as sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling for positions outside of technical fields.
