Roles & Responsibilities
- Helping with the setup and upkeep of HRIS systems
- Aiding in the employment process by locating applicants, holding interviews, and managing hiring procedures
- Supporting HR branding campaigns to draw in top personnel
- Supporting new hire orientation and onboarding initiatives
- Helping with administrative duties related to HR, like keeping track of employees and revising rules
- Working together on unique projects and activities with the HR team
