Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sourcing the best-fit candidates for the organization and following up with the interview process
2. Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures
3. Assisting with manpower planning and recruitment
4. Working on leading the recruitment process, including the selection and interviewing of candidates
5. Working on leading the employee life cycle, from the joining to the exit of the employees
6. Handling highly confidential information in an honest and trustworthy way
