Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic analysis: To guide strategic decision-making for skincare and weight-management pilots, do out market research and competition analysis.
- Operational support: Help with daily tasks, such as monitoring important performance indicators, locating bottlenecks, and putting fixes in place.
- Cross-functional cooperation: To ensure project success, collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Data insights: Examine data to find patterns, consumer insights, and areas for improvement in both endeavors.
- Project support: Create and carry out project plans, making sure that milestones are delivered on schedule.

Requirements
- Two to four years of experience in high-growth startups, consultancy, or business ownership
- Proficient with Excel and data visualization tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication abilities both in writing and speaking
- Demonstrated capacity to flourish in hectic, unclear settings
- A love of wellness, health, and making a difference with creative solutions
