Roles & Responsibilities
- Work on employer branding through Glassdoor and LinkedIn, coordinate for Linkedin posts and get them posted by the social media team and internal branding processes
- Help with the onboarding process of new joiners
- Create an employee engagement calendar for various activities
- Manage announcements on Keka (Ketto’s HRMS)
- Maintain required data and share with the management as required
- Demonstrate empathy for the colleague’s situation and speak in a manner/tone the colleague can understand and relate to
- Support change programs and initiatives
- Come up with and help organize employee engagement and cultural programs and initiatives
