Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited is the largest industrial paint and third-largest decorative paint company in India based in Mumbai. It is a subsidiary of Kansai Paint of Japan.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Helping with the entire hiring process, which includes writing job descriptions, advertising available openings on job boards, reviewing applications, and setting up interviews.
- Helping new hires with the onboarding process, which includes filling out required paperwork, creating offer letters, and running background checks.
- Helping HR Business Partners with routine employee relations tasks, such as responding to employee inquiries and elevating problems as necessary.
Requirements
- Currently holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline.
- AÂ love of learning and a strong interest in human resources.
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication abilities.
- The capacity to function both alone and together.
- Strong attention to detail and organizing abilities.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
