Roles & Responsibilities
- Examining and validating records pertaining to one’s identity, education, and prior work.
- Coordinating with other parties to validate reports and verify documents.
- Comply with the background check procedure.
- Finding document gaps or clarifications within the designated time frame.
- Sending the new hires the link to the HR Induction.
- Their employee codes are mapped in the Hire Module.
- Verifying the authenticity, accuracy, and suitability of a document or papers to make sure they serve the intended purpose.
