Roles & Responsibilities

1. Create training and testing materials for stakeholders, both internal and external.
2. Oversee the activation of testing and validation for the creation of new products.
3. Work with cross-functional teams to support the introduction of new products.
4. To find trends and opportunities, travel and carry out competitive benchmarking and market research.
5. Create powerful Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) to raise brand awareness in stores.
6. Encourage demand planning to maximize supply chain and inventory efficiency.

Requirements

1. Currently pursuing program in engineering OR MBA.
2. Analytical acumen and creative thinking abilities.
3. Quick learner with adaptable approach.
4. Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
5. Passionate about product marketing, willingness to learn and take informed risk.
6. Availability for early joining preferred.
