Roles & Responsibilities
- Help create and carry out social media plans on a variety of platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Keep records
- Work with creative firms to plan the creation of collateral for websites and social media, including images, videos, infographics, GIFs, and stop-motion.
- Keep an eye on audience interactions, trends, and mentions on social media platforms. Interact with followers to foster a sense of community.
- Work together with the business teams to obtain material for social media posts that complement larger marketing campaigns and projects.
- Examine market trends and rivals’ social media activity to find areas for expansion.
- Overseeing the planning and implementation of social media campaigns and promotions and collaborating with agencies and vendors on branding projects.
- Keep abreast of the most recent social media trends, tools, and best practices.
