Roles & Responsibilities
- Help with on-site technology deployments, such as installing software and setting up basic gear.
- Assist the group in getting the equipment ready for deployment.
- Assist in keeping precise hardware and software inventory records.
- Take part in user education sessions and produce simple documentation.
- During deployments, help with resolving small technical issues
- Participate in deployment project management and organization.
- Observe seasoned team members while they do intricate installations.
- Assist in collecting and evaluating user feedback after deployment
- Help with creating reports on the results and progress of deployments
- Attend team meetings and offer suggestions for process enhancements.
Requirements
- Strong interest in technology and its real-world applications; currently pursuing or recently earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar subject
- Rudimentary knowledge of computer software and hardware
- Outstanding organized and attention to detail abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Capacity to collaborate well in a group setting Willingness to pick up new skills and adjust to changing technology
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
- Availability to work 40–50 hours a week at minimum
