Roles & Responsibilities
- For internal papers and marketing materials, proofread content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, consistency, and adherence to brand tone of voice and style guidelines.
- Verify all cited information to ensure content accuracy (e.g., dates, pages, values).
- To support and continuously update the reference guide, keep a reference record.
- You might have to modify or rework language depending on the project.
- To guarantee that every job is completed on schedule, prioritize your work, establish reasonable deadlines, and efficiently manage your workload.
- Make sure projects are completed quickly so that stakeholders can afford them.
Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
- It is recommended if you have prior journalism or content writing internship experience.
- Outstanding communication skills, both in writing and speaking
- A keen eye for document proofreading
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Adaptability to new instruments and procedures
- It’s crucial to respond quickly to assignments and communications while making sure that all best practices are followed.
