Roles & Responsibilities
1. Conduct user research activities: Conduct calls to participants and follow the script to gain insights into various product features
2. Communicate effectively: Possess excellent communication and verbal skills to engage with participants and stakeholders
3. Demonstrate persuasive skills to encourage participants to provide detailed and candid feedback
4. Maintain a curious and inquisitive mindset towards technology trends and advancements, particularly in the music streaming industry
5. Handle multiple research tasks and prioritize them effectively
6. Ask open-ended questions that prompt participants to share detailed insights
7. Work collaboratively with the user research lead and cross-functional teams to support research initiatives
8. Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor to make participants feel comfortable and encourage open sharing of insights
9. Use effective questioning techniques to delve deeper into participants’ thoughts, behaviors, and preferences
10. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging research methodologies
11. Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage time and meet deadlines for research activities
12. Share findings, observations, and recommendations with the lead
13. Use probing techniques to explore user experiences, motivations, and pain points in-depth
14. Follow research protocols and methodologies to gather qualitative and quantitative data
