Responsibilities
- Customer service interaction with customers who contact us via email, Twitter, Facebook, and the App/Play Store.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities – you can pick up on conversational patterns from a mile away.
- In a timely manner, provide best-in-class, easy, and friendly service.
- As required, communicate with our superheroes from Product, Editorial, Content, and other teams to find solutions.
- You’re a team member, which is the last but most significant requirement! You fit right in with our community and are ready to learn from your coworkers.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required.
- Communication abilities are exceptional.
- Witty, inventive, and compassionate. You’re still unafraid of scientific jargon.
- Prioritization skills are good. Daily connections across multiple networks WILL saturate your inbox.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer-centric industry, preferably in a customer-facing role. Aptitude to learn everything about Saavn’s products. Experience with digital products is a bonus.
- It’s a plus if you’re familiar with customer service software like Zendesk or Freshdesk.
