Roles & Responsibilities
- Post job positions across many channels to draw in prospective applicants.
- Sort and filter incoming resumes to find eligible applicants.
- Arrange interviews and work with applicants to make sure they go well.
- Help with the preliminary phone screenings to determine the suitability of candidates.
- Create interview questions and materials to facilitate the interview process.
- Monitor the status of candidates during the hiring process to guarantee prompt updates.
- Assistance in verifying the credentials of candidates through reference checks and background investigations.
- To ensure precise tracking, maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
