Roles & Responsibilities
- Work on identifying and securing personnel from start to finish to fill jobs as needed.
- Focus on providing direct recruiting assistance, coordination, and processing through conventional and social media channels.
- Once accepted, work on coordinating and identifying recruitment resources.
- Assist with the hiring process, including ad development, interview team selection, interviewing skills, candidate/resume screening, phone pre-screening, reference checks, information validation, and the preparation of an employment agreement.
- Actively maintain relevant dashboards to measure activities and provide real-time information.
- Provide the management team with weekly metrics.
- Improve the efficiency with which positions and candidates are monitored in the candidate/intern database for the area.
- Form partnerships with institutions to offer internship opportunities.
- Participate in or attend campus recruitment.
Location
Gurgaon / Work from home till situation improves.
Duration
The International Data Corporation internship will be for a period of 3 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.15,000 /month
