Roles & Responsibilities
1. Working on end-to-end sourcing and securing of talent to fill roles assigned
2. Working on direct recruitment support, coordination, and processing via traditional and social media venues
3. Working on coordination and identification of recruitment resources when approved
4. Hiring process lead including insuring ad creation, interviewing skills, candidate and resume screen, and phone pre-screen
