Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with senior engineers to create, test, and maintain high-quality Python code.
- Deliver software solutions that satisfy company needs by cooperating with cross-functional teams.
- Take part in code reviews and give peers helpful criticism to improve the quality of the code.
- Investigate and incorporate emerging technologies that can improve the stability and performance of applications.
- Help debug and fix application problems to ensure software runs smoothly.
- To make future maintenance and enhancements easier, document software functionalities.
- Encourage a culture of continual improvement by bringing creative ideas to the development process.
- Take part in team meetings and help with project task planning and execution.
Requirements
- Python is the main tech stack for this position, thus proficiency with it is necessary. (Required ability)
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts for effective code organization. (Required ability)
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle, which facilitates efficient project management. (Required ability)
- An understanding of either Postgres, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or Neo4j databases
- Knowledge of data structures to provide the best possible data handling in applications.
- The capacity to put into practice algorithms that successfully resolve particular logic issues.
- The ability to solve problems in order to take on coding challenges and come up with creative solutions.
- The ability to debug software in order to quickly detect, examine, and fix problems.
- Proven ability to work as a team to develop and complete projects successfully.
- Knowledge of recent developments in the field of data management, particularly the Data Mesh framework
