The Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IITB) is one of the country’s fifteen higher institutions of technology, established with the goal of providing higher education, research, and training opportunities in many disciplines of science and technology.
The Joint Entrance Examination – Advanced and Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering is used to admit students to IIT Bombay’s 4 year, 5 year, and 2 year programmes. Bachelor of Technology, four-year Bachelor of Science, five-year Master of Science, two- or three-year Master of Technology, and a few more degrees are available. It also provides a comprehensive graduate programme in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics that leads to doctorate degrees. There are now 15 academic departments, 20 centres, a school of excellence, and four multidisciplinary programmes, including a Management Program, within the university.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Undertaking in-depth investigations into the startup scene in hardware technology domains such as aerospace, defense, electric vehicles (EV), battery technology, and biomedical devices in order to pinpoint new directions, major obstacles, and promising prospects for multiphysics simulation tools.
- Creating in-depth and interesting talks about digital prototyping techniques that are applicable to the sectors of biomedicine, EV, defense, aerospace, and battery technology. modifying presentations to suit shareholder and startup needs and interests.
- Serving as a point of contact for startups and simulation specialists, setting up initial contacts and encouraging partnerships. building relationships to facilitate deep connections and providing knowledgeable direction to help the success of startups.
- Creating and overseeing a network of connections to aid in the expansion and advancement of new businesses in the hardware technology sectors. putting up workshops and networking events to connect startup teams and industry experts.
