Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assist the hiring team with conducting interviews, organizing, and reviewing resumes.
2. Review applications to find applicants who fit the job specifications; this calls for an attention to detail and comprehension of the criteria for the position.
3. Arrange interviews with potential hires and pertinent team members to guarantee a seamless interview procedure. The intern may also take part in interviews for specific positions to provide a distinct viewpoint and aid in the assessment of applicants.
4. Help with the new recruit onboarding process, which includes setting up orientation sessions and creating welcome packages.
5. Help with the gathering and examination of HR data to find patterns and insights
6. Assist the HR department in producing reports and presenting HR metrics for evaluation.
7. Work together with the HR department to organize and carry out employee engagement events and activities, such as social events, workshops, team-building exercises, and recognition ceremonies.
8. Assist the HR team administratively as needed
