Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous responses in a timely manner to consumer questions via chat, email, and phone.
- Help clients place orders, follow shipments, and handle any problems that could come up.
- Ensure that the program keeps accurate records of all interactions and transactions with customers.
- Work together with the marketing and sales departments to give clients tailored advice.
- Keep an eye on client comments and report any problems to the relevant department for handling.
- Contribute to the company’s overall success by providing outstanding customer service and support.
