Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the business leadership team in HR processes for associates as a vital part of the team.
- Create, create, and implement a human resources strategy (including recruitment and selection, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, business and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues).
- Create and maintain adequate mechanisms for assessing critical components of human resource development.
- In agreed-upon formats and timeframes, monitor, measure, and report on HR concerns, opportunities, and development goals and accomplishments.
- Oversee and build direct reporting relationships.

This is a Work from Home internship opportunity.
Duration
The IDBI Federal Life internship will be for a period of 3 months.
Perks
Stipend: Rs.4,000 – 7,000 / month
