Roles & Responsibilities
1. Participate in the hiring process by publishing job postings, reviewing resumes, and setting up interviews.
2. Assist the HR department in keeping personnel records and integrating new hires.
3. Help with the planning of staff training and development initiatives
4. Respond to employee questions and offer general HR support
5. Help with employee relations and performance management procedures
6. Assist the HR staff with data input and MS Excel report preparation
7. Take part in a variety of HR projects and activities to improve the overall work experience
