Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist business users in answering their everyday operational questions about motor brokerage.
- Keep records up to date and add relevant data to databases.
- Assist the group with document verification, data input, and report creation.
- Work together with internal groups to make back-office procedures more efficient.
- Complete any extra administrative duties that the manager assigns you.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and a fundamental understanding of computer operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for productive interactions with corporate users.
- A keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage several activities well.
- A proactive strategy combined with an openness to learning and development inside the company.

The internship will be for a period of 6 months.
