About Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC)
Without necessarily belonging to a political party, the Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC) is the go-to forum for young professionals and students to engage in and meaningfully contribute to national politics and governance. I-PAC was founded in 2013 as citizens for accountable governance. Since then, it has brought together some of the brightest minds from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds and given them a special chance to participate in the electoral process and have an impact on policymaking in India. I-PAC collaborates with forward-thinking executives who have a solid record. Throughout the process, the group collaborates with them to develop and execute the best strategies for presenting the agenda to the public and winning over a large number of supporters.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee, lead, counsel, and assist line managers with the yearly HR procedures concerning performance, awards, bonuses, yearly compensation, potential evaluation, and succession planning.
- Give line management daily performance management guidelines (such as career development, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary measures).
- Take part in the assessment and oversight of training initiatives to guarantee their effectiveness.
- Closely collaborate with management and staff to enhance working relationships, boost morale, and boost retention and productivity.
- Handle and settle difficult employee relations problems. Carry out efficient, exhaustive, and impartial investigations
- Take part in the assessment and oversight of training initiatives to guarantee their effectiveness.
- Monitor staff escalations and take preventative measures to manage them
- Oversee the entire employee life cycle
- Focus on HR-related projects
