Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling the transactional, account servicing, internet, and mobile banking needs of BB customers while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Requirements for trade nets as well as all other services needed by transaction banking, lending, and startup customers.
- Handling regulatory submissions, deadlines, correspondence, documenting and overseeing internal complaint handling protocols, and policies concerning client and banking servicing requirements.
- Communicating with operations, internal product partners, and stakeholders to carry out the transactional and customer service requirements.
- Customers are moving from manual to digital mode.
- Manage customer expectations and provide customer-centric service.
- Following all internal policies, procedures, SOPs, and compliance requirements that are relevant to the aforementioned position.
