Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle a large number of customer phone calls, emails, chats, and orders both inbound and outgoing.
- Over the phone, troubleshoot and resolve hardware/networking/OS-related issues.
- Offer consumers solutions, which may include selling them a product or service to solve their problem.
Location
This is a work from home internship opportunity.
Duration
The HP internship will be for a period of 6 months.
